Infants
At this time it is important to bring the infant in monthly for well checks. At each of these visits we will monitor the physical and cognitive development of your infant.
Tests
- 6 months and after
- Visual Evoked Potential (VEP) done yearly
- 1year of age
- CBC and LEAD recommended by CDC.
- Visual Evoked Potential (VEP) done yearly
Vaccines
- 1 month of age
- Hepatitis B - 2nd of 3 Doses
- 2 months of age
- 3 months of age
- Pneumococcal - 1st of 4 Doses
- Polio - 1st of 4 Doses
- 4 months of age
- 5 months of age
- Pneumococcal - 2nd of 4 Doses
- Polio - 2nd of 4 Doses
- 6 months of age
- 8 months of age
- Hepatitis B1 - 3rd of 3 Doses
- Pneumococcal - 3rd of 4 Doses
- Influenza - Once Yearly During Flu season only, first shot is administered twice.
- 10 months of age
- 1 year of age
- MMR - 1st of 2 Doses
- Chickenpox - 1st of 2 Doses
- Influenza - 1 Dose Yearly if needed
- 15 months of age
- Hib - 4th of 4 Doses
- Pneumococcal - 4th of 4 Doses
- Influenza - 1 Dose Yearly if needed
- 18 months of age
- DTap - 4th of 5 Doses
- Hepatitis A - 1st of 2 Doses
- Influenza - 1 Dose Yearly if needed
- 2 years of age
- Hepatitis A - 2nd of 2 Doses
- Influenza - 1 Dose Yearly
