Child
During this time your child should come in for at least one wellness examination per year and also for preventative vaccinations.
Tests
- 2 years of age
- Complete Blood Count test and LEAD as recommended by CDC.
- Tuberculosis (PPD)
- Visual Evoked Potential (VEP) done yearly
- 3 years of age and older
- Complete Blood Count test yearly
- Urine Analysis
- Visual Evoked Potential (VEP) done yearly
Vaccines
- 2 to 3 years of age
- Influenza - 1 Dose Yearly if needed
- 4 years of age
- DTap - 5th of 5 Doses
- Polio - 4th of 4 Doses
- MMR - 2nd of 2 Doses
- Chickenpox - 2nd of 2 Doses
- Influenza - 1 Dose Yearly if needed
- 7 to 10 years of age
- Influenza - 1 Dose Yearly if needed
- 11 to 12 years of age
